Women Empowerment

Riyansh Micro Foundation focuses on the overall development and empowerment of women from all backgrounds. We actively work to raise awareness about their rights, duties, and opportunities. Our aim is to help women become confident, independent, and strong contributors to society. We conduct workshops, awareness drives, and training sessions. Currently, more than 500 women are associated with our movement, growing personally, professionally, and socially through continuous learning and support.

Financial Literacy

We strongly believe that women are the key drivers of a family’s financial health and stability. Our financial literacy programs educate women about money management, savings strategies, budgeting, and investment opportunities. We empower them with practical skills to make informed financial decisions, ensuring their families’ long-term growth and security. Through our efforts, we are building a generation of financially independent and aware women across communities.

Self-Help Group

We have initiated and supported the formation of several Self-Help Groups (SHGs) to promote economic independence among women. These groups bring women together to save collectively, access credit, and invest in small businesses or income-generating activities. Members support each other socially and financially, enhancing leadership, entrepreneurship, and cooperation. Through SHGs, women are becoming confident, financially stable, and capable of leading their families and communities towards better livelihoods.

Loan Assistance

Riyansh Micro Foundation offers loan assistance to women who aspire to start or expand small businesses. We guide them in the loan application process, provide financial education, and connect them to reliable resources. By supporting women entrepreneurs with necessary capital and knowledge, we remove barriers to their success and encourage self-reliance. Our loan assistance program has helped many women achieve their dreams of financial independence and entrepreneurship.
